From our President Burton Dietz: Many in our group have tried to sort their way through the labyrinth of rules and regulations of the Veterans Administration and have been either bogged down or totally rebuffed. I have decided it is time for our Association to step up and help! Therefore, I am today appointing Mike Smith as our Veterans Affairs Liaison. He will be working with Greg Colton to help guide those who need help. Both men have extensive experience in navigating the VA and getting results! So please, welcome Mike to his new role and feel free to contact either Mike or Greg. I will provide personal contact information for both should you need it! Mike and Greg, I know you will be a great help to our shipmates and look forward to our Association becoming more active in working with the VA for all of us!
